I used to love CI. Great prices good selection. Just had to let the cigars rest in a humidor for a few weeks to stabilize after shipping like all mail order cigars. Recently, though, I have had problem after problem with my orders. The last 3 orders in a row ended with having a credit issued. I guess I am kind of ending up with free cigars from almost every order but I am waiting a long time and going through hassle for them.

Honestly absurd at how long these people take to ship an order. Ordered Tuesday night and I still haven’t received a confirmation email that my order has been shipped. Tried getting ahold of customer service and nothing. EDIT: Apparently my order was on hold for age verification, although I never was notified of this, I’m on the phone with them now and hopefully getting it straightened out. We’ll see how it goes
