They somehow stuck in a rewards program at $15 per month that got charged without me knowing about it I would never shop there again!

Buyer beware! You are automatically enrolled in a reward program that will bill you 14.95 a month. I asked for proof that I signed up for this. And they were unable to provide proof. It took 3 phone calls to get this corrected.

I purchased some cigars and somehow got automatically signed up for a subscription service with a monthly fee. I have no idea how I was supposedly signed up for such a thing. This is a very shady business. There are better, more honest online cigar retailers.

I've ordered from Cigars International several times and overall have had a very positive experience. They have a huge selection, competitive pricing, and one of the things I appreciate most is how quickly they process and ship my orders. In my experience, orders are usually on their way within a day or two. I've had a couple of situations where I needed customer service, and overall they handled them well. On one order, an item was out of stock and wasn't included in my shipment. The credit wasn't automatically processed, so I had to contact them to get it corrected. They took care of it once I brought it to their attention, although I would have preferred the refund to happen automatically. On another order, the mistake was actually mine. I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and didn't realize it until the order was already being processed. I called customer service, and they were extremely helpful. They were able to stop the original shipment and send a replacement order to the correct address. I was very impressed with how they handled that situation, especially considering the error was on my end. The customer service representatives I've spoken with have been courteous and helpful, and most importantly, they've been able to resolve my issues. Overall, Cigars International remains one of the companies I regularly use for purchasing cigars. Between the large selection, competitive prices, frequent promotions, and fast shipping, the positives easily outweigh the few minor issues I've experienced. Based on several orders, I'd rate my overall experience about **4.5 out of 5** and will continue purchasing from them.

Poor systems and poor customer service. Have had increasing problems with ordering. Tried to put in an order and the card processing system messed up. Did not get a notification of the issue. Went in the next day, day of this review, and the system messed up again. At this point it locked me out from making any transactions. Called customer service and they could not remove the block. Told me to wait 24 hours. The wait means I have to go with overnight shipping to get order before leaving on vacation. They gave me a $30 coupon. That coupon barely covers the shipping costs and does not come anywhere close to the amount I would have saved on the deals they had on Sept. 8th. System even locked me out from using PayPal which CS supervisor said should not have happened. I have been a customer for many years but will start looking elsewhere going forward if there is another problem.

Would give zero star if it let me. I was charged 46 and change. Who are you and how did you get my card info??????????

Charging 16.11 a month with out me knowing have to watch them closely RIPOFF
