I have been going to C I in Lutz for quite some time and I visited the one in Jacksonville. And I seen a difference in the furniture at lutz compared to Jacksonville and the chairs in lutz looks and feel horrible. It's bad when you bring in new customers and they see the terrible furniture. The staff at lutz are great so are the Jacksonville store. The manager Mark at lutz is great part of the team he has did so much of great new things since he came on board. I have been ordering from CI for several years and the only complaint I have is that my favorite stick is hard to get occasionally. I enjoy the Alec Bradley Caribbean Cask and they must be a fave of a lot of people because they tend to be backordered quite often. I have never had an issue with orders or deliveries, and I have found that the no charge shipping almost always arrives as soon as the 3-5 day that costs extra. I would recommend CI to anyone!

On June 7th I put in for my second order with the company, thinking that since I received my first order, I should get the second one as well. Well it is now July 10th and I still have yet to receive my package and my patience has run thin, I also have been battling their customer service system for about 3 weeks until I was finally able to speak to a customer service rep named Judah, Who was able to help me get my package. Other than this hiccup I am going to utilize Cigars International for my cigar needs.

Their bandidos sweet and smooth cigarillos are the perfect daily smoke. Would give it 5 stars but it’s always on backorder. That’s how good it is.

Just wanted to write this brief review in regards to my purchase order ,there was a issue in regards to the order ,but CI quickly resolved my problem, and honorable mention goes to Dan ,and Marie in Customer service. ,,for a job well done And going above and beyond,,, in correcting the issue ,kudos to them,, keep up the good work, yous are a credit to Customer Service and Thanks. again, for the speedy follow up.,on my issue,Ray F.

CI Customer Service quickly corrected an issue I had with a bad bundle of cigars. 80% of the cigars had split wrappers and were unsmokeable. This is the first time this has happened in the 10 years I've been ordering from them. After a few messages back and forth with CS, they decided to replace the bundle, and within 2 days I have a replacement bundle being sent to me before the end of their work day.

Cigars International has an excellent selection of cigars, great prices, and quick delivery. The only problem is that they are often sold out of some of the favorite sampler packs and other items that are excellent deals. They sell out very quickly. Customer service is excellent, also.
