What a joke, I got a 6 month gift and after I opened the 1st box I told the gift giver to send this crap box back and get your money back. Garbage cigars and the travel bag is even a bigger joke. Everything about this is cheep and tacky, once you realize you are getting garbage cigars not to mention the god-awful accessories and worse the soft case that can’t even keep its shape that would get you laughed out of anywhere you went with it. You would be better off buying cigars a cheep verity pack from a cigar shop or a good box of cigars they smoke from an online shop. Better to lose a friend or family member by telling them to return it versus having to smoke those cigars and be seen with their cheep tacky accessories, what a scam.

I recommend Cigar-Club. Orders are processed and dispatched swiftly. A glitch with one order was swiftly rectified (with compensation). Prices compare well with competitors.

Wow. Where do I begin. First off, I never thought I’d be writing a review for a cigar club but since there are sooo many out there and I am soooo freakin thrilled with Cigar Club Dot Com, I have to. The cigars they send...month after month after month, I am blown away by favorites of mine, ones I’ve been wanting to try and ones I haven’t heard of but I fall in love and soon enough, I’m ordering bundles of that cigar online. Their customer service. STELLAR. I have cancelled other cigar clubs because I wasn’t happy with the cigars (I never thought I’d encounter an unsmokeable cigar, yet I have) or the terrible customer service. I’m so over the moon happy with CCDC that I have TWO subscriptions of 5 cigars/box (teehee). Opening each box is such an amazing experience. I highly recommend this cigar club to ANYONE, have gifted boxes to friends & family and they are always so impressed with the cigars. A truly personal, exquisite cigar lover’s experience. So glad I found them when I did!! If I give them 5 BILLION stars.

Small issue with my order which was immediately rectified and compensated. My corrected order was sent 24hour special delivery. Helpful, polite and great inventory

Just canceled my subscription after a year! Terrible customer service and web management. Over the summer they started charging for phantom orders that caused me and many other customers unnecessarily aggravation. Then their website changed and I had to register all over again! All this without offering customers any compensation or bonuses. I’m done with them.

horrible experience. charged 54.99 USD and got nothing. company is a scam - buyer beware

So far I have enjoyed the selections. There are a lot of choices for cigars and this is a great way to expand your experiences.
