Overpaying for the quality of cigars. The cigars I’m sent aren’t anything special. Will not renew

This was a complete waste of 89 dollars. They sent me ALL budget cigars that would have costs me less had I bought the same ones from my local humidor.

Multiple factors go into enjoying a cigar such as flavor, strength, gage and length. I prefer a stronger, at least 5" length and a thicker gage cigars. I was given this as a present for Christmas. over the 21 I received, 2 were thicker gage, 3 were a length of 5" and over, and 5 were close to full bodied, the rest were light to medium bodied. Most were dry, and some unraveled, and did not have a consistent smoke. these were not something i would ever smoke. When sending my concerns, I was told that the only factor they put into their cigar shipments was strength. When I replied back with my concerns I was basically informed they did not matter. Terrible experience from my end,

I tried CigarClub and it was a terrible experience. They have shipping issues and the cigars I received were dried out and not enjoyable. I canceled after 2 months. Save your money. If you want 5 cigars go to a local lounge and ask a worker to pick out 5 different cigars to try they will be more personalized based on your preferences and you won’t feel like you got ripped off. Cigar club had terrible quality and shipping and customer experience.

It took about a month after ordering to receive my first delivery.

I made or ordered almost a month ago I’ve never gotten a confirmation on my order being delivered and I never received my order

2 of the 3 cigars were dried out and cracked. not very happy

All the cigars were dry and stale
