I loved your cigars when I first joined but over the past year, but now your quality of your cigars are going downhill. Not to mention the delays I had in prior deliveries. I will canceling my subscription.

I was disappointed with my experience. The cigars took much longer than expected to arrive, and when they did, they weren’t fresh. I prefer to buy my cigars in person to ensure quality and freshness. Unfortunately, I won’t be using this service again.

Slow orders and cigars are ok

Most of the cigar I received were thin , small, &names that were unknown to me. 30% were just ok, 15% were very good, 55% I would never buy or smoke again. For what you have supplied me it was not a good bang for the $$. To be really truthful - really not happy with your products that have I received.

This is my second time ordering here. First time went great. This time I didn’t receive shipments for a few months. I’ve tried reaching out but haven’t gotten help. I will say when I do get them I enjoy them.

My cigars were hard

Still have not received order. It has been 11-12 days since ordered

Love the concept. Chose mild and medium cigar subscription. Wish there was a package for just mild and more specific to the flavor notes you like.
