I like that the cigars come in a resealable package and include a humidifier packet. I always enjoy the selection and appreciate trying different cigars each month.

How well and fresh the stoogies came, presentation was proper and the picks were excellent can not wait for the next picks to open up my pallet to others.

I'm a new to cigars and the random selections I've been sent have been pretty great. The packaging is always good as well as the little matches. Things I would have a complaint about is first although it may be on my part I always lose that little booklet to rate my cigars and I find that feature great but wish the qr code was somewhere else. It's not cigar clubs fault but I've had a couple construction issues with cigars overall this is a great cigar subscription and I would recommend to anyone who likes mystery box type things and cigars.

Bought gift box for a friends bday. Paid extra for 2 day shipping but it took 2 weeks to deliver. Emailed customer service multiple times but never heard back. I’d recommend to go elsewhere.
