Good variety and quality. Not huge which makes them convenient.

I used to use a different cigar subscription brand, but they sent cigars in unsealed cardboard boxes with zero humidity control. Cigar Club always uses sealed bags with humidity packs inside. That alone would be enough for me to switch companies. But CigarClub also has amazing and responsive customer service, and a great selection of random cigars every month (I don't think I've gotten the same one twice, yet).

I actually love the packages they’re amazing, and my boyfriend absolutely loves the cigar selection. The quality of the cigars is excellent. The only issue we’ve experienced is with the delivery time. We usually get charged for priority delivery, but it still takes too long often shipped on the 5th and not received until the 20th or later. Even on my first order, I paid for priority shipping and still had a long wait. Other than the shipping delays, everything else has been great. The cigars themselves are top quality, and we truly enjoy them.
