2 of the 3 cigars were dried out and cracked. not very happy

They’ve been a pleasant experience. I have had the 10 CigarClub monthly subscription for 4 months and can honestly say each month has been better than the previous one. I’ve had a good experience with their customer service and billing when I messed up my payment method and was curious when the cigars would ship. I wanted to give CigarClub 5 stars but I took away one purely because of their website. It is not very user friendly. I’ve had friends ask me if it’s a legit company because the website seems “off”. One of the biggest complaints I have is they express how if you rate your monthly cigars your next months will be tailored to your taste. So far that is true BUT rating cigars is a hassle and a half. The QR code you get with your cigars is AMAZING, but the issue lies when I click on the cigar and is asked if I want to rate it. It has me click on a different link and when I click on that link, I am forced to find my cigar in an ever-growing cigar list which has been annoying. I wish I can just click on the rate this cigar and it takes me directly to rate the cigar instead of a list of over 100 cigars that I have to scroll through. Good luck when you have a cigar that is farther in the alphabet. Overall my experience has been very pleasant andI will continue my monthly subscription. I just wish the website and the rating of cigars were more user friendly.

Quick easy orders. Great selection of smokes

This batch of cigars (coven) has been excellent so far. The flavor and construction are top notch. Much more agreeable to my taste than the last batch. The viking batch were not so good in flavor and all had burn issues.

I had an incorrect address on my latest order and this was corrected almost immediately. I appreciate the prompt response that has been provided. The cigars received so far have been packaged very securely and with a Bouvida humidity pack.

The concealed Cary was a very good cigar! Burn and construction spot on. Could have been a little stronger for my taste though. Notes dark coffee, hazelnut, and earth. Enjoyed it with an Island Sunrise drink while looking over my new Cigar Afficianado magazine you all generously provided for free. Your Cigarclub is special. Thank you Rick
