FRAUD! I paid over $500 for an expedited US passport renewal. My husband paid $60 and went directly through the State Department site. He submitted his 4 days after I did. He got his passport back today - in 2.5 weeks. CIBT told me today I would get mine in 7 weeks. Boy do I feel dumb! Save time, money and aggravation and do not use this company.

I ordered a visa application for China through the company and paid the small amount of 895 euros (!!!). The visa costs 125 euros directly at the embassy. 15 days after submitting the documents, the status on the webpage is still "Documents awaiting". The status of my visa is still completely unclear, while the booked flight is getting closer and closer. Nobody can be reached by phone at any time. supports=0. For almost 900 euros I would have expected a lot more. I will definitely avoid CiBT next time. Strongly discouraged!

HORRIBLE experience. I was shown that the fees were going to be around 76$ but I check my visa and it is close to $280!!!! not only that, a few days later, I got charged again for $16 and change! DISGUSTING!!!

Very bad experience with this company and I’m going to share my experience on all my various social media handles. They promised and assured me my visa will be ready on time for trip. Two weeks to the time the visa wasn’t ready and I was getting worried. I sent numerous emails without reply. When I called they kept me on hold for about 50min cost me over £20. I called so many time. They kept assuring me until 24hrs to my trip when they sent a refund and an invoice without any visa and explanation, in this case I could not travel, lost my money with the airline. I’m seeking legal advice. I will never recommend them.

Exceptionally bad service and our invoice nearly doubled for no reason. To make matters worse when I queried the increase between the original invoice and the final invoice the representative couldn't understand what the query was so this is an on going matter! Certainly, would not recommend as they are not upto date on visa/immigration requirements and additional charges for no reason

I had a great experience with CIBTvisas, they were fast and prompt which really helped me speed my passport application along.

why on earth is this company telling me, a british citizen that I need a VISA to visit Canada as a tourist and charge me £150 plus consular fee of £4.75 when you dont need one. All you need is a ETA (electronic travel authorisation) which costs $7 canadian dollars. Beware. Update 18.11.22 in response to CIBT reply. Think you will find many will prefer to pay $7CAD rather than your charges of £154.75.
