Be careful and read the fine print!!! When I first come across the website and through the whole process of the Visa application, the specified fees were stated as the 50 USD visa fees plus CIBT service fee. Totalling 114.40 AUD. Only when I received the visa document via email, did I find out that the 114.40 AUD was ONLY the CIBT service fee, and the 50 USD for the Nepalese visa is yet to be paid at the airport prior to entering Nepal. I find this to be deceiving. The service fees are more than twice the actual visa application fees. Fooled me. What can I say......... Ilan Toledo,

Your turn around time, especially with enquiries as we faced challenges. The ongoing follow up with relevant consulate after failure to receive a visa, not once but twice, was excellent.

Smooth process from end to end. Timely response on every query raised and Schengen visa received within a week.

Very fast and timely service, with accurate assessment and advice. They know what they are doing! I was in a time crunch and had a somewhat complicated situation. Even then, I got my visa very smoothly. Very friendly and comforting service as well.

If only I could give less than 1 star! 2 weeks and £80 to secure a travel visa for Canada. A colleague of mine travelling at the same time as me decided to go direct to the Canadian visa page - £4 and 60 minutes later his visa was in his hands.

Very disappointed with their service. I applied for Business Visa which per the Consulate should be responded within 36 days and few more days in some cases. But even after waiting for 90 days they did not provide any response. All CIBT could do was telling me they do not have any response over the mail. No proper service for the 22k that is charged extra excepting acting as an intermediary between consulate and user. They were so irresponsible that they did not even tell me about a web portal where we can request for an update from the Consulate. Such was their service. Their Privileged Services are an utter waste too. They just provide Chai Samosa in a AC room and their ends the Privilege Services. There are better chances to get a visa even if you go alone by yourself just paying 12k instead of a hefty 35k and getting rejected.

Great turnraound. Team is helpful and jumps on the case immediately. Sorted me out under 24 hours though it was my mistake in application submission. 10/10 experiance

I received excellent service with CIBT visas from my initial telephone call to them and then processing my visa for India in 2 days. Whoever I spoke to was very polite, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend and use them in the future.
