I recently had a Family of 12 travel to Italy and Ciao did a perfect customized itinerary for them. Everything was amazing from the Hotels, private guides, tours etc etc. I highly recommend them & Thank You Ciao

We had the best guide in Roma, Helena was wonderful!! We had her for two days seeing the Vatican and then the sights of the city. She knew her city. She explained every site, church, palace and fountain, even thing we stumbled upon she had a explanation. She also took us to a local spot for lunch. Great day with Helena and a wonderful tour of the city of Roma.

Guido Was exceptional in assisting me with group travel to Italy

A family of 8 with 3 generations of needs and interests explored Italy for the first time and loved the itinerary Ciao developed. They made it a private tour experience with experienced guides and hotels that fit the needs and likes of everyone. They sent pictures while traveling and thanked me for the wonderful experience. Two thumbs up for Ciao!

The Skallers were very happy with all in Sicily with the exception of one hotel which they said was dated and lukewarm staff and no amenities . The Delle Valle I Agrigento.
