Tour of Italy with Carriani Tours…
I sent my client on a tour of Italy with Carrani Tours, booked through Ciao Italy. Setting up the tour took a little longer with them than through Trafalgar. The accommodations were all very nice, however the location of the hotel in Venice was not very close to the main attractions. My client was not happy with her guide at all; she felt rushed and stressed by her. The guide did not act professionally after the tour and asked her via email for a good review. The highlight of her trip was the panoramic private driving tour of Rome. Her personal driver was a delight, and she was very glad that he was able to give her such a great experience there on her last day of the trip.

Hello Chandra thank you so much for the feedback! We checked the process of this booking and i see that you called us on 8/17/18 (Friday) requesting this escorted tour with departure on 8/26/18. This is obviously very close to the date and the tour was almost fully booked so we needed to check for extra availability with the hotels. We confirmed to you the tour on Monday 8/20/18 so the next business day! Regarding the guide we did address the issue with the guide and she was reminded that it is not about her getting good reviews but it is about the company providing an excellent experience to the clients. I am glad overall they enjoyed the tour and i agree the private Rome tour should have been the highlight! Thank you and we look forward to working with you again.
