This was our first time to Italy. We wanted to make sure we went from North to South and get a true sense of each city. We were overwhelmed with trying to plan this trip ourselves. Guido & Renee from Ciao Italy graciously took on the task. They left no stone unturned. Their recommendation and organization of hotels, tours, trains, transfers and so much more made this a trip so easy and allowed us to focus on the experience and not the logistics. My family has had the pleasure of Ciao Italy & Carrani Tours orchestrating portions (or most) of 3 separate trips to Italy over the past 5 years. Our trusted friend Laura, whose office is located in the NYC area, has helped coordinate details from hotels, private pick ups, private & group tours, & general advice. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, & trustworthy that we only use her services. She has made our Italy trips amazing and memorable. They offer good product and prices, on the Italy side great service. The reservation process from beginning to end is a bit of a struggle i.e. follow through is lacking. They do deliver on Italy end.
