Chow now Delivered food to the wrong address, When my mom contacted customer service for help the lady just wanted to be argumentative and dismissive she actually had the audacity to tell my mother to Google the address and go get the food herself thanks for nothing

When my driver arrived with my order, he insisted on seeing my CA driver's license (or a national ID or passport). I have never had to show an ID to receive my food before. There was NO ALCOHOL in the order. The driver then proceeded to photograph both sides of my driver's license. This is a serious invasion of privacy, and it is probably illegal. Unless I get a reasonable response from ChowNow, I will never use this service again.

I love the ordering experience and delivery service

Just horrible. The app is total garbage, the waits are long, and the drivers have no idea that they’re not doing a DoorDash delivery.

The pizza keep arriving later than it says in the app and looks like they vary the box like they are carrying a book! All the pizza is in one side of the box.

My order was never delivered to me which ruined a going away celebration. Not sure how a mix up could have happened. Instructions to call me upon arriving was clearly stated, received no call yet I received a text message stating it was delivered.
