Buyer beware, this company sells poor quality hearing aids. The left aid that I purchased did not work at all, and the right had limited volume. I returned the hearing aids at a large shipping cost to me and argued with them for in excess of two months to get a refund. They indicate that a full refund will be provided, but that is BS, as they reduced my refund for some kind of bank charge and some kind of customs duties. As my purchase was via credit card, I have no idea why there should be any kind of bank charge. The bottom line is this appears to be a fly by night company and you will get ripped off. Don’t waste your time and money!!
