We’re really sorry for the frustration this caused — we never want anyone to feel surprised by a refill or charge. Our subscriptions are set up with clear refill cadences (monthly, quarterly, etc.), and the next shipment and billing date are always shown in your dashboard. If we ever hear from a patient before a refill date, we make sure to pause or cancel so no charge goes through — and if a charge happens before cancellation, we always refund it as long as the prescription hasn’t shipped yet. In this case, we didn’t receive a cancellation request before your refill processed. That said, we absolutely will review the specifics of your situation with you.
