I appreciate the self-paced program
I appreciate the self-paced program. I get to choose how involved I want to be. It’s a softer way of being held accountable for my actions without judgement. The app is nice. The counselors are real people, not staunch clinicians, they really listen. It’s nice to have this option to remain somewhat “off grid” with a recovery program.
