The company is great at returning messages and keeping one informed. However, for me the medication does not seem to be accomplishing much of anything for myself. I still have desires for alcohol. Also, the one time that I did give in and had a couple glasses of wine it seemed just like normal. I still really enjoyed it. May work for some but not all.

Everything about the setup experience was easy to understand and intuitive. Their customer support team is great to deal with. I’ve been looking for help with alcoholism for some time and the Choose your Horizon experience has made a meaningful difference. It takes time but is well worth the patience. Much needed service.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I first encountered Choose Your Horizon - but proceeding with their treatment protocol has been one of the best decisions I've made. This is my fourth ketamine provider I’ve used, and I feel so at home here. Every single person I’ve talked to here is so kind be it clinician, guide; or general support. Shoutout to Danielle and Marissa who have helped guide/integrate the lessons from the medicine. It’s nice working with people who are on the same path, as they can truly understand and help you. The resources on the website are super helpful- there’s a sexual trauma one I am looking forward to going through. My package came with unlimited integration groups as well which are super valuable. The intro kit is very helpful. I am surprised more people aren’t working with this medicine. It’s very safe and has few interactions with other medication. It’s very powerful and in my experience, talk therapy does not even get close to this work. It’s like a year of weekly sessions every session I do. I go very deep and am able to see myself from different perspectives. I feel a strong connection with my higher power. I had one experience where it felt like I connected with my father who passed many years ago- and was able to process and obtain closure. I could go on and on about this medicine being one of the greatest gifts to humanity. It’s a shame there is now fear around it due to certain celebrities who abuse the medicine e.g. Matthew Perry. Do not take it in a hot tub! If you are reading this, something led you here. Do not listen to fear- go forward. You are brave. Go with CYH as they have the kindest and most knowledgeable staff available. They might be angels.
