Happy I found an at home ketamine therapy company that cares
This was the 2nd Ketamine therapy company I tried and I am grateful for how much they have helped me. I had tried ketamine therapy in the past and while the treatment was great I felt like I was forgotten about. I was hesitant to try another but a friend recommended Choose Your Horizon and I am so happy I did. I've noticed huge improvements in my depression and anxiety. The customer care has been night and day difference. Highly recommend to anyone interested in trying ketamine therapy.

Non stop spam
Asked pricing one time and have been constantly sending me emails/texts/voicemails. As well as somehow even more spam numbers have been calling me. I mean literally over 5 a day every day since I asked what the price was. Once. And said I didn’t want to do it

Make sure communication is 100% crystal clear!
It's quite frustrating that my therapy got delayed due to the wrong shipper and the wrong address. As a result, I won't be able to attend my therapy session on the scheduled day. I had already requested the day off from work and now I'll lose a day's worth of pay. I've lost faith in the competence of the people running the business. If you plan on using their services, make sure you communicate with them clearly to avoid the missteps I experienced.
