This is my second Essentially You topper. The first one was in Palm Springs Blonde which blended perfectly with my bio hair colour. It was my go-to for making a bad hair day work to perfection. I have been letting my hair go natural which is now turning a silver so I decided to order this same topper in Vanilla Marble which is a good match. This new topper has some layering at the crown which I like and it also is a little longer. Both improvements in my opinion. One last comment, I prefer the regular synthetic fibre which doesn’t require heat to maintain the fibre compared to the HD synthetic.

Chiquel's customer service is great, although I haven't spoke in person, but have conversed in email text. Response to my order, concerns and or questions was returned in a reasonable amount of time. Their products are on par with other companies selling some of the same products, with awesome (can't resist) sales.

This was my first order at Chiquel. Everything went very well. Customer support and shipment was great. I am so happy with the product, style, fiber and the color is beautiful. Very recommended and I will surely order again :)

This company sales higher end wigs and accessory. They have a range of high end wigs that you can order online. They offer consulting if you need help with size, style and colors. Wigs are delivered in about two weeks from time of purchase. I do love this wig store and have purchased several wigs. The quality of the wigs are amazing! But here are the down side of ordering on line from this site. You can return a wig within 45 days, but must be in same condition as you received, "Do not brush out", read return policy before making purchase! (I highly recommend you do this on any on line stores) You can only return One time per order and they only offer back credit, no exchanges. Which is a disappointment if you bought at a 40% discount and now the wig not on sale or lesser discount. My recommendations when purchasing from Chiquel, or any other wig site, know your measurements of your head, face and neck as every wigs as every wig will be different on you versus the model... example; my face is longer and wigs are shorter on me than pictured. Also do not trust stock "color" photos, I now know, to look up the color online and see on other peoples videos that review wigs first before purchasing. I hope this review can help save you some time and money.
