Not having a brick and mortar location in my area I have had excellent service online. Shipments have been made in a timely manner and other than having to pay to ship back an item which turns out not to be suitable (there is only so much that can be determined from a picture!) I have no complaints.

I love the cut. It’s light enough weight still getting used to the colour for many years. I’ve had dark hair and I still was taking time to get used to having so much hair when I’ve lost mine and I just trying to get used to having the volume, I’m the only one they had in stock at the time was the blueish colour one but apparently everybody likes it so that’s OK.

This purchase has been no different than any of my others. Chiquel always goes Over and Above to answer my questions concerning colors and possible look a likes! I truly have found my color and Style!!! Lia Mono is so easy! I just pray that it doesn’t get discontinued for a very long time and after I’ve purchased many of them!!!

I love the pictures online, description of colors, and the Live presentations so we can see them in real life. Thank you.
