It fits well and is the same color as as on the website. A little uneven on the bottom, as opposed to a razor cut that was pictured.

Chiquel has made vast improvements with their shipping and also their available inventory. YAY!!!! I have always loved what they carry in their wig department. And.... Amanda is a class act!

The wigs came as ordered and they are lovely. Did have to return one but only because it was too small but that was handled no problems. Thank you.

I have to tell you, I love the live with Amanda on Chiquel and so far the products I have received are nice. These are the pros. However, there are two things that prohibit me from giving a 3, 4, or 5, and I view these as cons. Twice I have ordered wigs in an ash brown color, and twice I perceive honesty was not the best policy used by Chiquel. The first time I received an email from Chiquel about the cool ash brown colored wig I ordered, Chiquel wrote and said the cap we were going to send to you did not meet our standards and now this color is not available. The second time I ordered a different style wig in the same color, I received the same EXACT message-word for word. REALLY? What are the odds that the cap construction from a very reputable wig manufacturer was off on two completely different wig styles two times in a row, I asked AI, and it is unlikely. Chiquel was claiming that two times in a very short period of time the cap construction from the reputable manufacturer did not meet their expectations. Well, I was not born yesterday. Please just tell me the facts, that the product is not available AND Chiquel maybe made the mistake posting it on the website. No biggie.... and so what if I get mad, there are bigger problems in my life-like my husband having terminal Stage 4 cancer, which he does. However, I do feel it is a biggie when someone is not being upfront. The cap construction not meeting Chiquel's standards comment gave the appearance of blaming a reputable manufacturer in an attempt to take the heat off of Chiquel's error. Clearly the mistake appeared so OBVIOUS to me..... why? Well, I am not a stupid consumer and most people would not view themselves as stupid.... Chiquel simply listed two products that were not available. Which really would be no big deal to me, but telling me some other reason to take the heat off of the company, that just does not work for me, and backfires. It makes me not like working with someone/a company that may not be transparent. All I am suggesting is don't try to cover up mistakes. Apologize, offer a coupon, be transparent, it is best in any business. Build trust! Then you are not doing business looking over your shoulder. Secondly, items take SOOOOO long to get to you. I get it with pre-orders, that is what you sign up for, but it does take a LONG TIME for anything you order. So in summary I am not thrilled, but I am not unhappy overall. Though I am honestly and seriously disappointed that the customer-me- was viewed as stupid by sending the two consecutive, identical emails about the cap construction. I really hope the company stops doing this and uses the "honesty is the best" policy in the future. I am a nurse and in healthcare we are constantly reminded that studies have shown that people are less likely to take legal action against a healthcare facility or professional if the facility or provider/nurse is completely honest about a medical mistake, and mistakes happen in every business including healthcare. Likewise, I think transparency is the best application in business settings. People don't like cover ups when it comes to doing business, just be honest, accept some flack from the disappointed customer, offer a small coupon or some incentive to diffuse the situation. Then you have happiness AND ultimately if the customer doesn't like it, they don't have to do business with you. If the customer misbehaves too badly over a mistake, by overacting with cussing or threats, the company does not have to do business with them. Business transactions just need shared respect between the buyer and the seller. I hope the company changes how they communicate errors to customers. If I had simply been apologized to and told sorry this is unavailable, I would not be writing this review today. It kind of spoiled the fun I was having with this company. The lives with Amanda and purchasing a new wig was one thing making me happy during a sad and stressful time in my life.... That's all.

Love the products, variety and service. This wig was on back order (which I knew to the case when I placed the order). Someone from Chiquel reached out, after I placed my order, to confirm that I was ok with waiting ( I was). They offered me a small discount on the wig in appreciation for being patient.

Great wig. Can part it in different ways (side zig zag whatever). Great volume of hair.Easy cap to throw over your scalp for a perfect beach waved style. Chunky white highlights add a beautiful natural touch of beauty to the piece. It looks and feel like a high end style and colour. Will buy more wigs from Chiquel.
