It took more than three weeks to get two wigs that I ordered. The website says that you can get a refund if you return it within so many days. Lo and behold, when I go online to return one of the wigs says I'm only eligible for a store credit. This is quite misleading since the website clearly says that you get a refund. To make things even worse and more deceptive I find out that whatever I order with my store credit is a final sale, therefore I cannot return it or get a refund. So I better be sure when I use that store credit that it's something I'm going to be satisfied with. I found the whole process very deceptive. They advertise some kind of sale every day of the year so that gives them an excuse to say that you don't get a refund. You only get a store credit yet their prices are pretty much the same as the other stores. Will never order from that site again.

Fast, and this was my second crowd pleaser and it seems softer and more natural than the first one…happy with it and you were trustworthy!

I love my new wig from Chiquel. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. I'll be buying from Chiquel in the future. 😀

Love the style but the color is too light with blind highlights. It’s made very well. Would love to get a dark auburn but can’t find one. Is there anyway you have samples of the color that is actually what you get?

The infrared styler works great. It was on back order and customer service was helpful (as always) in getting it to me in a timely manner.

The wigs and the prices are great.

My first time buying a wig. When I took it out of its packaging I thought yikes but then I put it on and it looked fabulous. Delivery came when expected. Would order from this company again.
