I ordered. Didn’t like the quality and returned. Ordered again a different one it to was a mess. Original I thought was a new one but the next one was messy packed and when put it on I knew I was not gonna be happy. Took forever. From start to finish getting this wig. In tears. So being it Too thin can see where it is sewn. The wind would blow I’d be made fun of. For 250+. Interest on my card. I’m stuck with what is terrible piece of Rachel Welch product. Or in my book a knock off very pist.

Went from frumpy to attractive.. 1st time wig wearer, so please.did much research, this company full of info. How to wear, how to style, etc. I took it out, shook n put on, I teared up looking at myself. I purchased Heidi-rooted w/auburn, Beautiful, ran my fingers to style n fluff, at 74 yrs old, I will definitely purchase a few styles! Just amazing..

My original purchase was not up to snuff and did not pass quality control. Customer Service worked with me to find a replacement in the color I wanted just a different style which I can’t wait to get. They were very patient and great with me when I needed time to think about what I wanted. Offered me many options to choose from.

Very mixed collection of wig manufacturers. Some ok others not. Styles and colors often very much misrepresented on the website. And I wasn’t informed that I couldn’t return a wig I bought with a store credit. And returns are only issued store credit, no refunds. And no free return shipping
