ChiquelReviews of chiquel.com

Chiquel is a done deal 👌 I ordered a wig from them but I was skeptical at first because of my bad experience with other wig vendors but thank God i ordered from Chiquel and I got the best wig and the very kind of wig I have been looking for and I got so many compliments from people and my boy friend proposed to me with the wig and I call it my lucky wig imagine been single for a very long time.am a happy customer ☺️ thank you Chiquel.

I placed an order on August 29. The item was not backordered. I have received zero updates about the order. I reached out on September 23 and was told Customer Service would look into it. I'm still waiting. I would not have even placed this order if my first order had been refunded as I'd requested. I merely placed an order so I wasn't out the $300 from my non-refundable purchase that was never fully explained to me. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've had in the last 5+ years. I'm not sure how you run a business with literally the worst return policy I've ever come across. How can you have items on sale at 70% off 99% of the time and claim that you can only get store credit if you want to return an item that was on sale? Then when you decide to use your store credit your order goes into the neverland. At this point, I'm happy to lose $300 and call it a tough lesson learned about reading the fine print when it comes to shopping with this retailer. I feel so bad for anyone who is buying from them that's going through an actual medical ordeal and are buying a wig due to an illness.

First time wig wearer , I was a bit confused on the colors and ordered the wrong one. They were great in helping me return the wrong color and made it right.

Taking long time to ship. Website pictures look nice, but now I’m wondering if I made the right choice ordering from this company. Two weeks later, I still don’t know if it was shipped or will be shipped. Or a tracking number if it was? update: customer service sounded very nice via email (that I initiated) apologetic. I’m sure the product may be excellent (based on pictures and reviews here, supposedly?) but no communication for this long makes me regret the purchase. Update: a few days later, received the package, and a call from unknown number telling me to call her back “at earliest convenience”. The package seemed to have been expedited due to my complaints; the promotional gift was missing ( I don’t care about having more cheap brush/es so not a biggie). The hair pieces were of good quality as far as I can tell at first glance, but didn’t make much difference in the fullness of my hair when tried on. Would I recommend the product? Maybe, it seems alright if one has realllly thin hair. And the cost is competitive with similar companies out there. Recommending the company is harder. Fill your promotional obligations. Even if it’s a small gift like that- when customers spend money, many are looking for value. The company communication after the purchase needs a definite improvement too. At least a shipping notification as a courtesy to customers- very hard to find a company nowadays that doesn’t do that. And yeah telephone skills … Don’t call customers demanding a call back at their earliest convenience. They don’t owe you anything. Adding a star for a decent quality product that was eventually received.

In January this year I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had surgery in February. Then in March I began 5 months of Chemo therapy. My hair fell out in handfuls so my husband shaved my head. We both wept. In April I ordered a head covering, the most beautiful one in all of the World Wide Web from Chiquel. I was told it was out of stock but would be shipped ASAP. Here I am near the end of September, my hair is growing back. It’s soft and fuzzy not unlike a new duckling. However, I still haven’t received my beautiful head covering. I appreciate your kindness with a $10 gift credit. But I’m disappointed that I lost the opportunity to wear it during the months I was bald. Just so you will better understand, I bought 4 wigs during these months - none from Chiquel. I couldn’t afford any delays while under such difficult trials. Please keep in touch with your clients and encourage them with updates on their orders. They trust you to keep them informed during what may be a crisis in their life. I appreciate the recent notification that it was getting prepared for shipment. I only wish it had been much sooner. Regards, Lana Schara
