I am unhappy with your expedited shipping process. It cost $20 and I still don't have it, its finally shipped and looking like I will get my order 9 days after I ordered it. Not worth the extra money. I regret paying for expedited.

A great company to work with. Buying wigs online isn’t easy….there is a huge element of trust purchasing such a personal and expensive item that you don’t know if it will be right for you until it arrives. I’ve had a few disappointments and the team at Chiquel have been so helpful and accommodating.
