It's a great day when it's hair delivery day from Chiquel :)

I give a 4 instead of 5 as I feel paying an "expedited" fee should provide a faster delivery method than 4 business days, or using USPS (allow choice for faster such as FedEx). Also, I appreciate the fact that handling time is for quality control, but again, I feel a second additional 4 business days to process order after paying the fee is barely "expedited." That being said, the product quality and overall enthusiasm of the company is outstanding. The website is attractive and easy to use. "Simmer" is as lovely as I hoped. I'm currently waiting on wig orders 3-5 in one month, so that should show my level of confidence in their product! I will be a very "repeat" customer!

The only drawback for me as a first time wig buyer was trying to choose a wig & that was because you have so many to great ones! Your website is awesome. I will be purchasing more wigs in the future. Thanks too for having great frequent sales.

I received Wintour and I love it. The new fibers are just so silky soft to the touch and it looks so natural on The feel of it on is amazing as well. I saw this during Amanda’s Live event She is so passionate and inspirational. Her love for the Chiquel products and how they give us back our sense of beauty and confidence makes me feel like, it’s all gonna be ok! From ordering to shipping to receiving, I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Amanda and Chiquel. I feel pretty wearing Wintour and my heart truly smiles!

This wig is not wearable right out of the box, like the first one I bought. It is a more expensive hand tied, lace front wig, but it is very flat at the crown. Not sure If I need to wash it, or just try to use heat tools on it?
