The wig arrived quickly and was packaged with care. The color was lighter than I expected but it works well enough with my complexion. The fit was good and overall comfortable. I am bald due to chemotherapy so wearing it makes me feel good again

I always get my wigs from Chiquel.ca and they have amazing customer service and are quick to reply and very accommodating. They also have excellent shipping methods, for example they change providers ahead of time if anticipating a postal strike, and they always provide great tracking options and signature on delivery so no risk of the wig getting lost. They’re so on top of everything, I’ll never use another wig site, Chiquel is amazing :)

This is a beautiful well-made wig. I have had several Jon Renau wigs and they never disappoint. The color 12FS8, shaded praline, is gorgeous. I applied cornstarch to the wig to remove the shine, and it worked immediately. The cap size, average, is perfect. I also believe it is important to purchase wigs from companies like Chiquel. I have had bad experiences with online wig "outlets".
