I love the wig! I was disappointed with your cancellation policy. For personal reasons I wanted to cancel this order. It was still at your facility and was being processed, so I believe that cancelling the process and stopping the order should be easy. However, I was told that this needed to be done within 24 hours and I was outside of that timeline, so the only option was returning it for a partial store credit. I think that policy is a bit extreme.

This is my second Simone wig. The first one I ordered was absolutely perfect, from the look and color to the fit. However the second one was a little disappointing. When I took it out of the box it looked like the fibers were oily and the wig had a flat (no body) appearance. The color was ok and I washed the wig to try to get the oiliness out of it. Washing took care of that but the wig is just flat looking, meaning it has no body to it. I know that no 2 wigs are the same but this one looks or acts nothing like the first one I got.

This company is great for assortment and quality of wigs. Shipping is fast and customer service is very good. Highly recommend. I have many purchases and none have been bad in any way.

I would have given a 5 star but when I ordered my wig they never said the color was preorder until a week later. It ended up taking 6 months to receive her. I ordered her on 8/8/25 and received her 1/29/26. She is beautiful and looks Great. I saw her with Amanda (Love Her) and that's why I chose that wig and the color. Thank You

I was pleasantly surprised that I had to sign for delivery, which makes little room for error. The shipping was fast and they let me know what was happening each step of the way. My wig was just as described and I'm very happy with it!
