Only 4 stars because delivery took so long. In all fairness, it was on back order, but when waiting for Hair Mail, it always takes too long! The wig is beautiful but I haven't had long hair in 50 years so I have a bit of a learning curve here.

I love the hairspray and leave in conditioner that I bought. I do not like that fact that items are not sent via Canada Post. I am never home during the day and dealing with missed couriers is an issue.

Toledo wig was a pre-order and my charge card was charged at time of order 12/15/25. Didn’t receive wig until 2/2/26. Seems you would charge my account the date and day it’s actually shipped out to my address. I like the “Toledo” so well I ordered a second one today which is a pre-order again and my account has been charged with an unknown date of delivery at this time. It is what it is, but still seems to me that my card should only be charged on the date you have the wig available to send out.

I received a beautiful hairpiece and products from Chiquel. I had no problem with communication or delivery. I am very pleased.
