BARBARA
Ordered two pair of shoes for an upcoming vacation. First pair where canceled by Chinese Laundry quality control. Second pair I received and they literally fell apart when trying them on. Put them on and walked on carpet and immediately saw black specks. Upon closer look realized that the heel tips on both shoes completely disintegrated. I did contact their customer service and was treated nicely. They did send a shipping label to have the shoes sent back which I did with the bits of heels along with the shoes. Very, very disappointed with the shoes and could not in good coconscious order from this company again.

Dear Barbara - Thanks for sharing your customer experience. I'm sorry that a bad pair of shoes arrived. I'll follow up with our inspection team to be sure that the style you ordered is re-inspected. I'm sure that was frustrating. We appreciate your business. Scott - Chinese Laundry

JENNY
I ordered the Savvy pump in grey with no problems. My only issue is that I have long, narrow feet and the shoe did not fit around the top of my foot- too much space. The design of the sides of the shoe was very pretty with the ruffle but it also felt a bit sharp. I wish had fit into them!
