I bought your shoes 5-6 years ago and I loved them! They were so comfortable and I wore them all the time. When I wanted to buy another pair I couldn't find it anywhere. It took me 3 years to replace my beloved heels. I'm very happy.

i have several pairs of Mary Janes,size 9, the pair I received is very narrow compared to the ones I own. Not happy about that at all. The shopping experience was uneventful so 2 stars.

I really love Chinese laundry shoes and have for like 10 years now! You website is great and so are the people in customer service, very accommodating and well trained in product knowledge! I will always be a customer! Just wish more places in NJ and the east coast sold your shoes as i always like to try shoes on before i buy them. Every shoe fits different and if it doesn't fit well then the whole shipping back return process takes forever and is annoying and your waiting for the correct size to come for another entire week! Us women like our clothes and shoes right away, we get excited!! Which brings to my next point, also living on the east coast it takes about 8 business days for the shoes to get here, unless you pay an obscene amount of money for faster shipping. i hate waiting that long and yes i realize you are across the country but so is Bebe and Marciano as well as many skincare companies i use and they get it here in like 3 days 4 max and that w free shipping! Just a suggestion to maybe rethink your shipping method cause its really the only thing that turns me off from ordering more then i do.
