Shoes!
Ordered a beautiful pair of nude open toe booties the other day. Wearing them for the first time today and so far so good! The service on the online ordering site was easy, simple, and secure. I received my shoes only a couple days later - quick delivery!

Sent me wrong size
I ordered the Kristin cavallari calissa boots in a size 9 and received a 7.5. There is no where I can find in my email or your website to print a fed ex return label either. So do I have to pay to exchange my shoes even though it was your company's mistake? How does that work?
