I had purchased a pair of Chinese Laundry wedges at DSW. After wearing the shoes two times, the shoe fell apart on me while leaving a wedding. Needless to say I fell pretty hard. I called customer service and they shipped out a new (different) pair of wedges I had chosen from the site right away. The new pair are great, sexy and comfortable.

Paying for return shipping is a pretty standard practice of retailers. I'm very disappointed that this is not a standard practice of your company. I WILL not purchase from you again.

I am very happy with my shopping experience and my shoes.

Great selection, easy to navigate, fair prices. Shipping did seem to take a longer time.

I have not even received my order yet, so I would say the shipping from the company is terrible.

I just love this shoe. I just received them and wore them that day. I got a least 3 comments.

I like the colors and style and the fit so far, though haven't worn them yet outside, in the rain, yet, as there's no rain her in No. CA.....so hopefully I'll be able to wear them soon!
