Great shoes at a great prices.

You can see from my history that the flats I wear at yours but I am starting to look for a cheaper alternative. Your flats wear out very quickly and you can see from my history I purchase the same shoes. You also neec to offer duscounts to freqent purchasers like me and free shipping at all prices.

Ordered from 4 other stores at the same time and the orders SHIPPED for free... at least a week before Chinese Laundry. If I'm going to pay for shipping at least speed up the processing. Thankfully the shoes fit.

New but visible areas of wear to toe and heel

The company has super cute shoes- especially Kristin C's line. The problem is every pair of shoes fits differently. If the shoes don't fit, you can send them back but at a charge to you. I think this is terrible customer service, especially since so many shoe companies offer free returns. For example, I had to pay $12 to send back a pair of shoes through the post office. This was the cheapest method they had, but the shoes were only $45 on sale. So now I'll only be getting back $33. It's just frustrating. I would order so many more times from them if they had free returns.
