Got quickly two great pairs of shoes
Shoes look exactly like on the website, I got them rather quickly in a sealed package. Drawback: they were to notify me on my email account when the package is on its way and when delivered, and they never did. Other than that, just fine!

return that should not have shipped.
My order was declined and Chinese Laundry shipped and charged me. I then had to pay to return. Very dissatisfied. I couldn't even call, no phone number.

great customer service
Ordered from CL 2 times, both orders had issues of my doing....sent an email...they fixed quickly and sent a nice email. Had to send some shoes my wife bought back because of wrong size...was easy and handled quickly. I'm VERY pleased with their service!

Had to argue with a sales rep when it was a glitch on your website.
I ordered a pair of shoes and I received a confirmation email, pretty straightforward. However, I received two shipping notifications and in fact two orders were placed although I never received the initial confirmation email. I had to argue with the customer service person that I should not have to pay return shipping on this duplicate order and after several back and forth emails he finally sent me a paid return label for the duplicate order. So now I have to go to FedEx to return this duplicate order that was caused due to a glitch on your website. Once the shoes arrived they did not fit properly so I have to return the original order anyway. It cost me $14.40 to return these shoes. So now I am out this money all because I shopped online. I tried to find these boots in this color in a store and was not successful after going to several stores that carried your brand. Most of your competitors will return product free of charge. I will not be shopping your site online again as it clearly cost me $14 if they do not fit which is absurd.

Great boots for any occasion
I love my over the knee suede boots! They are super comfortable and the suede is really well made they look like expensive boots for a great price, the only thing I don't like is my calves aren't big enough to keep them up so I do find myself pulling them up often, perfect in your normal size
