Found same exact shoe on DSW for $20 less. Shipping has taken longer than what it said when I checked out. Tracking the item has been a pain because it's not accurate and delayed.

I mistakenly placed an order twice online. When I received the second box of shoes I called customer service and the guy on the phone was very nice and immediately emailed me a return shipping label. No problems, no hassles, very pleasant.

The shoes I ordered were slightly defective & too small. I called when customer service was supposed to open but it didn't, then it just kept ringing, then it said the line was busy, and then I finally got an answer. I think it's a little weird that the company is pretty big but only has one main line. Either way when someone finally answered he was very helpful & pleasant. He sent me a return label right away, and I should be expecting my new shoes in about 2 weeks. Thanks Dave you were awesome.
