Although, the shoes arrived within the time frame promised, it seemed to take an inordinate length of time - nearly 2 weeks. When the shoes arrived they were just as cute as they appeared on line, however, they were way too big. I am a solid size 8.5 in all shoes, the shoes were an 8.5, however they fit like they were a 9.5. Unfortunately, I had to send them back.

Ordering was good, shipping was a bit slower than I would have liked, but the shoes arrived within a reasonable time. The problem with the shoes was the fitting. They are the right size but they don't fit right. They are way too uncomfortable for me to be able to wear. Not the company's fault.

I purchased the tippy top platform heels in beige and sent them to the wrong shipping address. I immediately emailed Chinese Laundry but since it was the weekend, I was worried the email wouldn't reach them in time and my heels would be sent to my billing address rather than my shipping address. I received an email first thing monday morning with the change of address from Chinese Laundry and my gorgeous heels came right on time! Very happy I purchased them online!!

I had some trouble ordering shoes from the CL website twice in the past. i would order something, complete the purchase and then get an email a day or so later saying my order would not be filled and that the shoe was not available. This was frustrating and I feel that I should have been offered something for my trouble, maybe a coupon or something to show I was a valued customer. Most recently I ordered something and there were no issues! I was happy with that, but I still have my eye on my email after I order something because I'm not sure if it still may be cancelled later.
