I ordered boots I'd been looking at for a while and was able to catch them on sale. Not only were the boots even nicer than pictured, they arrived MUCH sooner than the delivery date! Super excited and get many compliments.

Love the shoes. Got freaked out when I received notice that I'll be getting the again six months later. Took a while to get it straightened out. I wasn't able to get anyone on the phone so I had to email customer service. All was fixed and explained. Still love the shoes. They are not my only pair.

I ordered a pair of booties around Christmas time, they had a sale and a free shipping offer so all I paid for was the shoes plus tax. Shoes arrived completely stained and damaged, and after reading the return policy, it did not appear I would have to incur the cost of sending them back. Their customer service phone number never worked at a time convenient for me as I am on the East Coast. So I sent an email, and got a response within a business day. I was asked to email pictures of the shoes before they'd allow an exception and send me a return label. I sent pictures the same day as asked, but never heard anything back for days. I sent multiple follow up emails, and got nothing back. Finally after a week or so, I requested someone call me I was still having issues with all lines being busy on their customer service line. Got a call, they claimed to have sent me a response via email but I never got it, turns out it went to my spam folder, which is odd considering the first emails they sent went to my inbox. Regardless, I was finally able to get a free shipping label and send them back, but I felt like the entire process in dealing directly with Chinese Laundry was inefficient and took way more work when ultimately I was sent a damaged product. It wasn't worth ordering a replacement pair, I decided to find boots at Nordstrom. Then just last week, I got an email that my order shipped...I have not ordered anything further from Chinese Laundry, and when I clicked on the tracking, it led me back to my December order and gave me my delivery confirmation. No idea what is going on with their computer system, but again, the whole experience required a lot of work on my end. I've never written a review on a company before, but felt I needed to express my frustration

I was unable to place my order after numerous attempts Kept asking for a password I was a new customer so I set one up it said I already had one but I did not. I called but was on hold for over 20 mins so I hung up Tried again to place order again asked for a passwords I tried again to set one up...I tried saying I forgot password but nothing worked So I never made the purchase

Ordering was quick and easy. I got my items faster than I thought. I was very happy with the quality and comfort.

I wear 8.5 and I ordered my size and they runs large about 1 size. They look nice but large. Need to return or exchange and I need to pay for the shipping eventhough it wasn't my fault. You should be more specific about the size.

Tried ordering a pair of boots online. The transaction wouldn't go through, even after trying several times over several days. Contacted customer service to try to work through this. It took 2-3 emails before someone contacted me back. I finally recieved the boots. Unfortunately, they were too big so I needed to exchange them. This led to me more issues. I was told the size I needed was in stock and to write that they were an exchange on the slip. I did this. I recieved an email telling me my return had been recieved and was being processed. Quickly I was sent a tracking #. I was thrilled to think they had processed this so quickly. Yet, when I checked the tracking #, I learned it was the tracking # from the original order placed. I sent another email asking if this was a mistake/oversite. No answer again. A couple days later, I recieved another message saying my return was processed and I should see the credit on my acct in a few days. I asked for an exchange of a different size so I was confused and concerned. I sent another email to customer service. Again, no reply. Once I saw the credit back into my acct, I decided I'm not dealing with this company again. In this day and age, online shopping should not be this much work.
