The order and return process was easy.

Sizing was waaayyyy too big and the exchange process was made stressful by a lack of confirmation emails

I bought a pair of CL boots in the fall that fell apart after a few short wears. I contacted the customer service department and explained that I've had great experiences with their products in the past and was very disappointed that these boots weren't as reliable. After at first giving me a complete refund, I explained that I would prefer to have a new pair of boots to simply replace the ones that fell apart. They responded quickly and allowed me to submit a new order for the same boots, and gave me a new refund on those. Every time I've contacted their customer service team I was thoroughly impressed! I will remain a loyal customer of any company that confidently stands by their products.

Great quality of shoes

Love love love!

Placed order for Christmas, received voicemail weeks later saying it's no longer available. Customer service unprofessional and unwilling to help find alternate shoes.

Service was excellent. Received package bet quickly during the busy holiday season.

Beautiful booties! I wear them constantly with all different outfits. Comfortable enough to wear all day
