Placed an order today from the Windsor Ct Chilis. I ordered ribs and coleslaw, the ribs were spoiled made me gag just smelling it. I will not be ordering from them again!!!

Went in on Wednesday with my daughter and grandbaby, the wait time was 25mins. with plenty of empty tables, The hostess was very professional and asked if we would like to have a drink for the baby while we waited to be seated, we were seated shortly after getting our drinks and our waitress came to our table and asked if we were ready to order, needless to say we just got seated and had not even looked at a menu yet. once we ordered we were not asked if we would like to have crackers for the baby while our order was being placed, my daughter had to ask another worker for crackers cause our waitress was too busy walking around pulling her pants up(wear a belt) trying to get her butt noticed. Once we got our meal we had to ask for an extra plate and silverware, our waitress did NOT come back and make sure if everything was ok and if we needed refills on drinks or carryout box or anything else. Once we got done with our meal we stacked everything in a orderly pile (we do this at every restaurant we go to) she was in such a hurry to accept our payment and over turn the table for the next customer (she's all about the money and not there for the customer). This is not the first time we had this problem with the same waitress, time before this we were seated and it took her 15mins to come and take our order, we were one of the first few customers there so there was no need to wait that long for our order to be taken. Once we ordered we had asked for the baby's food first so it would have time to cool down and she wouldn't burn herself trying to eat her food, our food was out before the baby's so we had talked to another worker that was NOT a waitress to find out where the baby's food was, once we were all able to eat as a family our waitress comes to our table and asked if we would like to go boxes, let me remind you WE JUST GOT OUR MEALS, I looked at her and said "NO, WE JUST GOT OUR MEALS" had not seen her after that until we were ready to check out and even then I used the machine at the table so we didn't interact with the waitress. Once we got ready to leave we had asked for the girl that helped us with getting the baby's meal and found out she was not a waitress that all she did was bus tables, we gave her the tip that we were going to give to our waitress. I'm not sure of her name, but the waitress has long blonde hair past the shoulders and likes to walk around like she's a manager. If we go back in we will definitely be asking for another area that she is not working. On the plus side the food has been excellent every time we have been in.

We’ve been in Chilis Al garhoud branch and customer service was totally worst. Staff is rude it’s obvious that he get annoyed when we asked and repeating or order. No one say even thank you for coming. The worst chilli’s branch we tried.

Service was great. Waited an extra minute because a young lady was sweeping our table area before we were seated. Waitress Bobby was very attentive to us and very quick in responding to our requests. Food delicious and hot. Amazing sweet tea!

The wait time was over an hour. Super under staffed. Won't be coming back here.

This is one of the worst restaurant in Dallas. Food is not good. I received a cold meal. I wanted to return my money. They said that it is not possible.

Need to pick a star to write about this horrible place worst food I’ve had this place NEEDS shut down the food a got was covered in grease like a white layer all over it plus the paper bag was full of it aswell a phoned them about it and they laughed about it

I had to give them a star to write this review.I see why I've only been too them once before the service sucks the server wasn't friendly my boyfriend was trying to order she was more interested in her phone. The strawberry margaritas were orange in color all I tasted was lemon it had a weird taste like something was old or going bad. E had to flag someone down for service then we had to wait 10 mins for acknowledement for service OVERALL AN EPIC FAIL !!!NEVER AGAIN!!!
