I order a fangtastic specialty Rita and get mostly ice .then I ask for chips and salsa while waitress waits one others tables that come in after me .I’m disgusted that they don’t take tables as the customers come in .so here I go again still waiting for our food while the table that came in after us has already had their appetizers and now on the meal .and the waitress is doing bartender and tables .service was poor today

I used to like Chilis but now I hate it. First of all the chips are covered in salt. Secondly, my son found a piece of metal in his guacamole. Lastly, my son found to pieces of hair in his salad. Chilis needs to have better sanitization because this is unacceptable.

Service was AWEFUL arrived for a business meeting no one in the restaurant was told itm was a 15 wait (no one at the tables but several person around the bar. Because this a business meeting I decided to wait because everyone had not arrived yet. When everyone did arrive, we were seated. A waitress came to take our drink orders and not friendly she brought us our drink ordered and like rushed us to order with no explaining anything about the order that we had question about. About 15 mins later the order came out by another waitress. The restaurant was still not filled. Another party can in and was seated in the next booth next to my party and the waitress that took our order started to take there's. she went to put the order in then proceeded back to the table beside us not checking to see if we needed anything to have a 20 to 30 min conversation (flirting) with one of the men in the party. The bartender come out to see if we needed anything so I asked to speak to the manager and she pointed to the our waitress who was still flirting with the party. I that point I knew I needed to talk to someone higher up. I never say this about any establishment but that location needs a complete overhaul. New MANAGER, NEW HOSTESS, NEW WAITRESS/WAITERS. The only one that was working was the bartender and I was so mad that I didn't get her name. I could write more but this is quite long. Someone can call me about my experiance. Dining out is a special treat for me. I went just with myself. Normally I love Chili's, but not today. Today's experience sucked. I wanted the lunch special of spicy shrimp tacos, they were great when I had them a week ago. TODAY when they came they were ice cold like everything had just came out of the refrigerator, even the flour tortillas they are made with were stiff and cold. I had the waitress (when I got her attention) take them back. The manager was great, and she brought new ones. They were better but the cold ingredients were overpowering the heated ingredients of these spicy tacos. It certainly wasn't like that a week ago. When it came time to pay they had not taken off the first tacos I didn't touch. The total came to $19.48 which is what I ended up paying, because the charge of $9.74 was charged to my card twice. The Manager of the Chili's was great. The server Jackie was not. Most of the time she was nowhere to be found and when she did come by she was too busy to listen and walked away while I was talking to her. I had been "dismissed ". I am a good tipper. This is the first time I have ever left Chili's without tipping. Too many problems with this visit. It will take me some time to try again after today. There's bound to be extra problems when your server doesn't have time for you to make sure everything is alright.

My husband and I went to the Chili’s on Ambassador Caffery in Lafayette, Louisiana. We waited to be seated for 20 minutes. When we checked in the hostess said it would be 10 minutes and she was cleaning tables. A party of five walked in after us. She went in the back for 10 minutes came back and seated the party of 5 before us. I asked her how much longer it would be for my party of two, and she responded “I’m cleaning tables.” If it going to take longer, don’t tell people 10 minutes, and don’t seat a party bigger than mine before me!

The music was blaring. I turned off my hearing aids and could stil hear the music. Its all young people working in there and they like the music loud. I asked to turn it down, they did a little, then someone turned it back up. I was SETTED 6 INCH FROM IN FRONT OF ME AND 6 MY RIGHT. I heard there conversation , because they had to talk so loud over the music. The restaurant needs to control the volume to a smooth level. Someone needs to control it. Also my bill came to 18.49 with a 18% tip of 3.04total should be 21.53. I was charged 21.82.

Was in chillies mall of ga today and they pulled a fast one... ordered the lunch under 10$. Got potatoe soap and old timers burger only the burger was not the old timers. It was 2 slithers of some low grade sheet meat that tasted nothing like the amazing oldtimers main menu. won't go back lying pos

Such a shame, we visited Chili’s as a special dinner for our last night of holiday and it was pretty rubbish. I first had tried to make a reservation earlier on in the day via phone, but was told I couldn’t so when we arrived we had to wait 20 mins. However, the restaurant was not even 50% full, I think they had staffing issues. Our service was initially really slow, and they got our drinks wrong. Then they brought the starters out and within 10 mins (whilst we were still eating) they brought the mains out. A) there was no room on the table, which was pathetically small for 6 people and B) we had to stop eating to help rearrange plates and scrape food onto other plates to make room. They also got mains wrong. The food is absolutely average, try Applebees up the road, great service and really amazing food.
