Me and kids went Wednesday 21 Oct 2026 at chilis. food was expensive but we want to trying anyway. My bad experience is when they charge me 3 more food what I never eating. My first and last visit to this restaurant. I hope they pay me back the extra charge....I'm still waiting...

Purchased a burger & fries @ Chili's today for $9+ chg, using Ziosk device not cash register, device ask if I wanted to leave a tip, I said no. When total came up it showed tip added, not expecting to see tip added I clicked on pay before I realized it. I pay my tips in cash. There's no need to repeat tipping request when it's been rejected once. Worst of it I was told there was no way to cancel transaction and run again with no tip added to my credit card. Why is there a system that won't allow a transaction to be cancelled? Not sure Im going back to Chili's again. This feels like a scam.

Not the greatest experience but customer service made it right. I ordered 2 meals and serial things were missing including fries, soup, a drink and the chicken sandwich looked rather bizarre. The manger was nice and the orders got fixed, but that was many mistakes for just two meals. I'll still go back.

We went to Chili's in Kingman, AZ for a birthday dinner. There were 3 of us. 3 orders, no appetizers, and they charged us for extra rib dinners and appetizers. They ran out of veggies that go with the sirloin but the waiter substituted sides with mushrooms and a salad. Well to our surprise we were charged for them running out of veggies! Plus the bill was over $200.00 for 3 people. The waiter handled the payment machine and we were not able to see items charged until we got home and read our email. So we filed a complaint against this restaurant and GM. The GM also threatened us by saying he has a good lawyer. Well so do we. The staff is obviously stealing at this location. Also the bathrooms were very unclean and messy.
