Purchased a burger & fries @ Chili's today for $9+ chg, using Ziosk device not cash register, device ask if I wanted to leave a tip, I said no. When total came up it showed tip added, not expecting to see tip added I clicked on pay before I realized it. I pay my tips in cash. There's no need to repeat tipping request when it's been rejected once. Worst of it I was told there was no way to cancel transaction and run again with no tip added to my credit card. Why is there a system that won't allow a transaction to be cancelled? Not sure Im going back to Chili's again. This feels like a scam.

We ate with you today. We love your “3 for Me” choices. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich. It was awful! The crispy coating was so hard you could break a filling! Really! He had to use a knife and fork to pry the coating off. Certainly could not be eaten as a sandwich. It was such a disappointment.

I placed a pick up order from Chili’s on Saturday May 30, 2026 from Pooler, GA location. I ordered a Cajun pasta with chicken family meal, two kids meals (a macaroni and cheese and cheese sliders), and a gallon of peach iced tea. Received text it was ready for pickup. Arrived at location. Walked in to pickup my order. I was handed a bag. I asked where my gallon of iced tea was after waiting fit a few minutes. I told the lady who asked what else I needed. Waiting for my gallon of iced tea. She said we don’t give gallons of tea. It is part of their menu online. I said please provide refund. The person who refunds said it will be 5 to 7 days for refund or I can give you two Chili’s $5 cards. I said give me the cards please. Disappointed in no gallon of mango iced tea. Drove home. The sliders were hard as a rock. The Cajun chicken pasta was supposed to be a family meal but it was only enough for two people. I ended eating the sliders and my wife shared the Cajun pasta with my 17 year old. Chicken was missing. It was mostly pasta. Garlic bread was smashed inside the tray wrapped in foil that sucked up all the Cajun flavor that was sprinkled on top. The only thing good they couldn’t mess up was the kids Macaroni and cheese. Food is pricy. I have to go in and dine in to cash the 2 $5 gift cards. Shameless.

We got there and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated when they weren't busy. There were four of us and we all placed separate orders. The one couple got their food but me and the other lady waited over an hr for our food. The mgr said our orders never reached the kitchen so they did get entered but like I said it took over an hour. Our food came and I had her just pack mine up. Then the other lady said they burnt her burger so she did not want the order. They discounted my meal and charged our friend $5 for a tiny cup of soup. We left very disappointed.

We ate at the Chili’s in Brighton, Mi. There were 5 of us. 3 of us had “after affects” when we got home. We ate different things but all had the same results. The soup was luke warms, the ribs were dry, the macaroni and cheese was like soup and the noodles were undercooked. We waited about 15 minutes for a margarita and it came in a small rocks glass. They did not bring out all the food at the same time. The people were nice. I hadn’t been there in a long time and won’t be going back.

The Cajun Pasta used to be so good and now its just plain and simple, no tomatoes or scallions anymore, it was definitely better the original version.

My wife and I were at Chili's in Canon City, CO, a couple nights ago. I ordered Cajun chicken/shrimp/pasta. It was totally bland! No hint of any seasoning, let alone Cajun! Disappointed, I took it home. Today I added butter, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, kosher salt, and smoked paprika to it, heated it up. It wasn't Cajun but, at least it has flavor! I won't be goin back to Chili's, any Chili's!

Overpriced, limited selection, either overcooked or bland. This company should have gone out of business years ago.
