Service was terrible, waitress took order and never came back, apparently she was the manager we waited 25 minutes and never saw anyone near us, she stayed at the front of the bar hugging her boy friend. We walked out never getting our soup or salad or hamburgers. Chili’s on N31, Indianapolis.

Ate at Chili’s and was not impressed. When you are seated you do not receive salsa and chips with the menu as a complimentary table dish. Most restaurants do give either bread w/butter or crackers w/butter. Also, an Oder was in the air in the restaurant. Spouse ordered the mini burgers w/cheese bacon and mayonnaise plus fries. The fries were cold, bacon was not on the burgers. He asked about the bacon and the waitress brought out cold bacon bits. GROSS! I ordered the two meal quesadillas shrimp and steak. The shrimp were perfect! Deveined and cooked just right. The steak was flavorful but slightly tough. The quesadillas were cooked too long and were hard. The meal was very greasy due to the bell pepper, onion and tomatoes you add to the quesadillas. The black beans were great along with the toppings. The best part of the meal, was the Dr. Pepper and IBC Root Beer. This was on Veterans Blvd in Metairie.

2 extra stars because I used to like this place when I was a kid. Quality is not the same!

Kaitlyn at Chilis in Surprise, AZ was rude from the moment she approached us. Then when I explained that I needed corn tortillas due to an allergy, she became defensive, rude, and condescending. My husband asked for a drink refill and she came back, slammed it on the table, and didn’t say anything. Jacob, the manager understands what customer service is and Kaitlyn needs to attend anger management and customer service training.

This is my first time in a long time, eating at chili and it was awful. The food was cold and the manager was less than sympathetic. They did not even offer a discount or anything on the food. Our server was very nice and friendly, but I don’t believe I’ll be returning.
