Do not waste your hard earned money at the children’s place!! Not only did I lose the items at sale price, they’ve yet to refund me. I’ve been on hold 20 minutes to speak with a supervisor.. I was told a week and some change ago my money would be on my card today, I call back and they said they’ve yet to process my refund!! Now I must wait an ADDITIONAL 3-5 business days that I’ve ALREADY waited for my refunded. When I called and asked to speak with a supervisor they was completely ignorant and said there’s nothing they can do and that’s “just the way this works to just deal with it and wait”! I asked if I could be reimbursed with a gift card or something and she said the only thing she could do is give me place points which would expire within 48 hours and would only be equivalent to $10 off of my order which mind you I can find the same “coupon” on any website like “ retail me not “ or Groupon. Don’t bother wasting your time with these people. All scam artists. They don’t even attempt to make things right with the customers, when I went in store I was forced to find things on my own they are of no help and stolen $42 from me. Don’t waste your money!!!

Do not use the store card. The only reason I even used this card was to get the rewards coupons which not I could not use afterwards do to the fact that they suspended my account which was not past due. This credit card company is utterly ridiculous and a complete scam. I was only said to be late when they charged me a late fee 4 days after I paid my balance in full so I was unaware of the late fee! Then they charged me a late fee for the missed payment on a late fee that I was unaware of. They were FINALLY refunded bringing my account to a zero balance. The next month I still showed as past due. Then they reported to the credit agency that I was past due (on an account I owe $0 on)! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I they just keep telling me that I have to wait for the system to fix itself!!!

Ordered my items over a week ago. Received the confirmation but my items never shipped. Contacted Children’s Place no answer . They won’t return my emails. And I can’t cancel my order. Highly disappointed 😡😡😡

Is not interested in customer service. Tried to order yesterday, with a store coupon. Unable to complete order. Tried again today and apparently the coupon I tried to enter yesterday is now invalid because it has been used. This company is garbage. They wonder why people stop shopping at their business. Its customers that line their pockets but greed causes blindness.

I love the children’s place in the ocean county mall !! The manager Kelly is the best at what she does , and her staff is also amazing !! I’m a mom of 5 Childrens so my life is always crazy busy . But the children’s place in the ocean count mall Toms River NJ is my go to store. Even if I have an issue on line I can call Kelly the manager and she will help me with whatever

So unprofessional manager was rude keep on pressuring me to apply for a card that I didn’t want couldn’t shop in peace felt very uncomfortable

Shipping customer service department is just horrible. If you have a problem with your shipping do not waste your time.

Fui miembro desde Julio 2017 y nunca obtuve mi tarjeta de credito. Segun ellos la enviaron unas 888,000 mil veces, pero el bill siempre estuvo puntual en mi caja de correo, o sea que no era un problema de direccion recidencial. Pésimo servicio al cliente. Acabo de cerrar la cuenta y nisiquiera intentaron buscar la forma de que no lo hiciera. Están concientes que el sercicio que ofrecen no es bueno. Nisiquiera se disculparon.
