Ordered on line about 11pm, their website isnt phone friendly and the shipping address was wrong. I called them first thing in the morning asking them to update the address, they refused. Also, they refused to cancel the order. They didnt care the coat was going to be delivered to the wrong address. Then they told me to call Usps to change the addess and Usps told me they never do that, so Childrens Place also lies. You get an F. Horrible customer service. Never will shop with you again.

i place a order online , keep tracking my order 7 days later and the order was still in Indianapolis base on the track info. i called 2 time to customer service to get an update, they suggested to wait 7 business day.. after the 7 days i called again, a lady told me my order got lost on the way, no one had the courtesy to let me know, i was going away and i was expecting the clothes for my daughter. horrible service , i never never shop again here…

I called customer service about a package that had said it been in delivery. It was over the 10 days of their policy when I first encountered a customer service agent they told me the package was lost and they would ship me a new one she couldn’t let me know if there were any items that would be out of stock. She told me she couldn’t see those items from her end. I asked if I could speak with somebody like a manager who could she connected me. After speaking with the manager, she told me she could replace the items just one shirt it was out of stock. I asked her yes you know I’d like the items could you possibly use an expedited shipping? She said of course it’ll take 3 to 5 days and I said OK that sounds wonderful later that night. I got an email saying that I was refunded for the order when I then called customer service for the third time that they told me that my order had been canceled, and I was refunded, not quite sure how that ended up being the case. I could clearly understand the customer rep that I spoke with, even though the first one was a little difficult to hear because of her accent, I find the whole thing upsetting as I’ve been waiting for these fall clothes to arrive for the season with all their cute shirts but honestly, I feel like it’s not even worth ordering from them even though the prices are great they’re unreliable. It’s not the first time we’ve lost a package. I feel like I’ve just learned my lesson now.

Their clothes material was not too good. I wish they work on giving us good materials in the future. My son’s jeans ripped in so little time of buying them. Cheap material.

We ordered two school girl uniform outfits for our kids, waited over a week after they said we would receive them, finally called, opened a claim asked customer service to look into it the response I got was a joke they said I could pay extra for insurance to make sure that the items arrived at my home. Customer service with this company is non-existent . Be advised order from anywhere else.

The customer service could not be worse. I called for help with an order and was told that once an order was placed there was nothing they could do. I'm not sure why they even bother having customer serivce reps, since you literally cannot recieve customer service.

Hello good evening I shop at the Northrige mall at children place employees very rude and the manger is the same way let’s there employees be rude bad customer service and I don’t even shop there anymore because of how they nasty the are with customers

I would give this less than a 1 star rating if I could. I’ve been a customers of Children’s Place for 17 years. When I first started shopping with them we had a Children’s Place near us where my children could try on clothes before purchasing them. Since then though our local store has closed so we’ve had to resort to buying online. I’ve never really had a problem doing so but this year my two youngest went through a much bigger growth spurt over the summer than I realized so every article of clothing I ordered this year had to be returned. I initiated the process the same night the clothes arrived in the mail and learned that two articles were not refundable. Upon calling I was told that they were clearance items so they aren’t refundable. Nowhere, when I purchased them, did it say that I was buying items that were not refundable. Every item I was buying was on sale. The person I spoke to said he would make an exception and give me a merchandise voucher for those two items and the rest of the order, $80 worth of clothes, would be returned to my original form of payment. Well something happened and my bank account was only credited for the two items that were supposedly non refundable and then I got a merchandise voucher for $80. When I called to discuss this I was told that because the order was already processed, nothing could be done even though I haven’t spent a single penny of the merchandise voucher. I made it clear that we don’t have a local store and after what happened, I wasn’t comfortable ordering clothes online anymore and don’t want and won’t use the $80 merchandise voucher so it feels like the store is essentially stealing from me. To make the situation more frustrating is the language barrier when calling. I was told when I asked about speaking with someone who’s first language is English, that their call center is based in Asia so there is nobody who’s first language is English available to speak to.
