I don't want to give 1 star to this brand. I went to exchange some gift received from friends to kings way mall but the manager said only the same item with the different size we can do but they don't have the size. Even I asked for Store credit she also denied. I dropped all the dresses in the store. What a very good store exchange/ return policy. I believe if you guys don't work on it, you guys need not to work for long here.

Children’s place really fools everyone with their place cash. I’ve notice that jeans that’s normally 7.99, 9.99 & 12.99 jumped up to 24 dollars so if you really think about your spending the same amount or even more when you use place cash. Jackets that are usually 12 bucks became 40 bucks. It’s ridiculous. They are fooling everyone with the place cash. I’ve been using place cash for years and finally notice that they have been scamming customers into believing you’re getting a great deal but in reality you’re paying the same price or even more. I’ve complained to marketing department on why they double charge when it’s time to use place cash and they haven’t responded. And today I looked at the website and everything is back to normal because the place cash is expired. Please everyone pay attention!!!!!

I ordered 3 pairs of pants online for my son...they were on sale for 9.99 a piece. With taxes, my total at checkout was $31.72. When I got an email two days later that the order had processed, the pants had gone off sale and they charged my credit card $54.86! For three pairs of pants. From The Children’s Place. Since there is no way to cancel after you place an order, I now have to wait for the pants to arrive and return them.

Pros Good quality children's dresses. Cons Inflated price. And they always sell it at 40- 60% off.

They processed the same order twice, billed me for the same order twice, Wouldnt let me cancel the order them proceeded to tell me i had to wait until the package arrived and then send it back. i returned everything and waited 3 weeks before i heard anything from them. when given my refund i wasn’t given my full refund for the amount that was paid. Never shopping with them again.

I did an order online and went to do even exchange. I picked up different colors but same clothing. I called the manager Kristie Town Center Mall Kennesaw GA location the next day since I was charged regular price and she stated...whoever the cashier is then that is what the policy is!! she rudely kept me on hold for 9 minutes after I called back she hung up the phone twice in my face and then I called from a different number she answered. She said I was busy and didn't hear a phone ring. She then told me to bring receipt back with clothes and she will see what she can do. I called back the next day to get corporate number and the lady was giving It to me until she was told not to against policy then I asked for Kristie and she said oh she don't work here anymore and I cant give out managers names. This "manager" Kristy at Town Center Mall in Kennesaw Georgia is very RUDE and NASTY I will NEVER shop here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is an add-on to my previous review below. The Children's Place contacted me shortly after making my review & promised to correct my issues. They were going to send me the incorrect items and reimburse me for the items never received within 10 days. It has been 20 days and not only have they done nothing to solve my issues, but they are not returning my emails. This company is a joke and an example of how to run a company. I decided to order some new school clothes for my grandson who has started Kindergarten and chose The Childrens Place. 1. My order arrived 7 days later than the amended delivery date. Yep, they moved my original delivery date to 3 days later. 2. I had items missing AND incorrect items in my order. 3. No one from this company will return 1 of the 3 emails I've sent. Not even an acknowledgement of my emails. I realize now by reading other reviews that crappy customer service is the norm for these folks. To Children's Place: You guys really need to revamp your organization because your business model is a joke. Obviously you do not care about your customers who've trusted you enough to give you their business and their hard-earned money.

I am truly disappointed with the children's place For I have confidently placed an order online (order number **) Only for my order to get canceled. And then when I called customer service. Customer service tells me that my order didn't meet the company's criteria and they have to contact my bank and verify my address information so therefore I provided the customer service rep my bank number. The children place customer service rep kept me on the phone for about an hour and 10 minutes to complete their verification process. Only for customer service rep to tell me that my order still remains canceled. And that the required company procedures was only for verification purposes for future purchases. I am truly upset with this company titius form of operation. You guys wasted an hour and 10 minutes of my time with no resolution whatsoever. The rep only offered me $15 in reward points. I can't believe you guys cancelled my order and when I complied by allowing my bank to share my personal information for your verification purposes only to maintain my order cancelled due to your company rules why disappoint me multiple times. One by cancelling my order and two by not refunding me and three by wasting an hour of my time. How dare you put me through such distress.
