Horrible ! Went to pick up an online order for my daughter at Buckland mall. When I got the package at the store and opened it it wasn’t even close to what was ordered! Should have been a 4TDress was 3 2T boys shirts!!! I asked it I could leave it and return it. Manger said no she gave me a sealed package??? I was aggravated and said bit this isn’t what was ordered I do t want it?? You have to deal with corporate. Was her answer. Not “sorry for the inconvenience “ then she proceeds to say loudly “you see her comin at me?” Trying to incite the customers in line!!!! I ask if they have the item in the store that I could buy? She says if they do she can’t give it to me for the price paid online ( a lie) them tells me they only have a 2T, so I ask if she can check other stores. Flat out no! So I say ok , and I ask her her name. She says “I am not giving you my name” so I take out my phone to call my daughter and tell her I didn’t get the dress and she starts yelling “ don’t you take my picture or I am calling the cops!” Seriously???? I told her I didn’t need her picture! Calling corporate tomorrow and NEVER shopping there again!

My mother went to the children’s place in Lebanon Monday awful just bad they are rude they are always playing on their phones. It’s awful how your phone is more important then helping out a costumer and they wanna stand in the girls part of the store laughing and messing around just terrible service don’t go there , unless u want terrible costumer service.

Worst customer service they hung up on me because they didnt like that i was stating the truth! Paying the $60 i owe on my credit card with them and will never shop here again! Every one else dont fall for this scam of a store!!!

This is beyond belief!!! If you have The Children’s Place credit card, beware of the interest charges on late payments. I purchased uniform pieces for $38.90. The following month I received an errant late payment charge along with our bill for the $38.90. We paid the $38.90, and the late fee was canceled. One month later, today, I received another bill for the same items, only this time for $41.90. When I called, I was told that there was a two dollar charge to cancel the late fee, so I now owe the entire amount again plus the two dollars. Does any of this make any sense to you? It sure doesn’t to me. I have cancelled my card and will NEVER do business with The Children’s Place again.

I absolutely love the clothes and prices. However ordering online is a big hassle. I always have trouble placing order through app. I've also called customer service many times and seems like I'm not only customer with that problem on ordering.

I have been to San Francisco premium outlet branch ! The people there are not friendly and if i may say cold and aggressive ! The shop most of the time is super messy , they put items on sale however when u go to the cashier they tell you no sale on it. Terrible customer service ! They always refuse to add the VIP discount of the outlet! They have good and elegant products but because of the terrible customer service we won’t shop there again

I'm so disappointed in Children's Place. I had been a loyal shopper for at least two years. My daughter is three. They take so long to take payments that I've caught fees from the bank. They had no regards for this. They waited three weeks! Three whole weeks before they took their payments the last time. I unfortunately will not shop with them anymore. They just want your money. Now I'm paying for it.

Worse store I have ever deal with. I ordered school uniforms for my daughter 2 weeks before school started because it bought them on No Tax day, my daughter started school without new uniforms. When I called them they said they were very busy and that’s why it was taking so long and there was nothing they could do to help me. They should have disclaimed the delay when you ordering so you can know that it will take longer than expected and is up to the customer is they want to take that chance. Then I had to go to the store to exchange the pants because they didn’t fit my daughter, while at the store my daughter wanted an unicorn onesie so I went ahead and bought it for her and used $30 in rewards, again the item runs little and the store was so busy that I didn’t want to deal with trying on. When she put it on the item was too small and when I tried to go to the store to EXCHANGE it for a bigger size, unfortunately they didn’t have the same item. So I asked them how could I go by exchange it online, well you can’t do that either. You have to return it and then buy it again online and they don’t even order it for you at the store like other stores. I asked them what about my rewards that I used towards my purchase, they gave me customer service and told me they were the only ones that could give me the rewards back, so I went ahead and called them, the lady ended up telling me that everything would be put back to my acct in 24 hours so I could go ahead and make the purchase again and now that I’m doing that, all they gave me was $10 and they telling me that that’s all they can give me because they can only put the cash rewards and not the $10 0ff
